China, U.S. to Hold Arms Control Talks
China and the United States will hold consultations
at the vice-ministerial level on the issues of arms control and non-proliferation
in Washington on November 30.
Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue told a regular press
conference on November 27 that Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya
will head a delegation to attend the talks.
China is expected to have in-depth exchange of views with the U.S. on
anti-missile issue and other matters, she added.
